1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide across South Africa, including major cities, towns, and selected outlying areas.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

Main Centres: 1–3 business days

Regional Areas: 3–5 business days

Remote / Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel size, weight, and destination.

Standard shipping rates start from R199

Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders above R4999.

Shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

6. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa

International shipping is available on request. Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
